Privacy Policy
This policy explains how NOVARIX Global FZ-LLC (“NOVARIX”, “we”) handles personal information when you visit novarixglobal.com, contact us, or do business with us, and how our internal business software, Kora, uses data from Google accounts that belong to our company.
Who we are

Information we collect
- When you contact us by email or through the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
- When we work together: business contact details of your representatives, correspondence, contracts, invoices and payment records needed to perform and account for the engagement.
- When you visit the website: the site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts and styles are loaded from third-party content networks, which receive your IP address as part of the normal web request.
How we use it
- to reply to enquiries and manage our business relationship with you;
- to prepare proposals, contracts, invoices and to keep accounting and tax records required by UAE law;
- to keep a record of our business correspondence and project history.
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.
Kora and Google user data
Kora is NOVARIX’s internal software for managing clients, projects, finances and business correspondence. It is not offered to the public. Kora connects only to email accounts owned by NOVARIX and its group companies, and only after the account owner signs in with Google and grants access.
- What Kora accesses: with the Gmail scope it reads messages in the connected company mailbox, sends messages on behalf of that mailbox and manages labels.
- Why: to file correspondence with the right client and project, to prepare and send business replies, and to show our team the history of each relationship.
- Where it is stored: access tokens and the extracted records (date, sender, recipients, subject, short summary) are stored on a computer controlled by NOVARIX. They are not shared with third parties except as needed to provide the service (Google for the Gmail API).
- No other use: Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to develop or train generalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
- Revoking access: the owner of a connected mailbox can revoke Kora’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; we then delete the stored token.
Kora’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business (email and hosting providers, banks, accountants and auditors), with authorities where the law requires it, and with your consent.
Retention
We keep business records for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the period required by UAE accounting and tax law. Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to business.support@novarixglobal.com. We will reply within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
